During our stay an anniversary gift from myself to my wife was stolen from our room by a member of the housekeeping team. When I raised this with the hotel they didn’t want to accept this and were adamant we had lost the gift. Eventually they said they would investigate and promised to update us…needless to say we are still waiting! Definitely never staying there again! We strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel as there thieves operating in it!

Fantastic
Th hotel was beautiful, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooftop patio had an incredible view of the Catedral de Sevilla. The room was very clean and comfortable. The assortment for breakfast was great and I loved how the hotel provided a mini snack bar and coffee machine. I would recommend this hotel to all friends and family visiting Seville.

Very well located. Reasonably priced. Excellent staff. The suite was perfect for our family of 4. Though it was one single room, the sleeping areas were divided by a large sitting area. The room had beautiful restored ceilings and Italian balconies from its life as a palacio. The staff was wonderful and the common areas full of moments of restoration. 4 minute walk to the cathedral, Giralda, the Real Alcázar and the Santa Cruz area. Theaters providing flamenco performances are close by as are wonderful one of a kind shops of artisans (also lent of drop-slipped slop). Restaurants are everywhere.

The Palacio Pinello is a wonderful boutique hotel, wirh a traditional centrall courtyard and right near the ancient cathedral. Charming and altogether gorgeous! An added lovely surprise was the beautiful wooden flooring in the large room and huge bathroom. Would definitely stay there again !
