The place so great in a suburn kuantan area Balok. I love the bed so soft and great for sleep. The breakast buffet, so good! I sleep so soundly! However, the toilet kind of smelly and when I flush down the toilet the water colour turn brown. Don’t have water heater. I also can hear animal steps during night and morning at the ceiling. I love this place, I hope there’s improvement in future.

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Victoria at the front desk. The hotel's location is also great, very close to cafe hunting and easy to find location."

super slow check-in process. needed deposit while check-in. staff do not know about klook. just show them your identity card or passport. atmospheres is good. Good beach front resort. however, it is not wheelchair friendly. there is not wheelchair path to the restaurant. the cleanness should improve.
