We had a wonderful 2-night stay! ❤️ Friendly staff – Everyone, from the guards and receptionists to the kitchen staff, was very friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast – We stayed for 2 nights, and the breakfast menu changed each day, so we didn’t have to eat the same food. Everything was delicious, with plenty of options! Room – The room had a beautiful deco and was very comfortable. Even the housekeeping staff were so friendly. Whenever we bumped into them in the corridor, they would greet us and ask if we needed anything topped up. Pool – The pool was big and clean. They also have a slide, which the kids absolutely loved! Beach – The beach was clean and well maintained. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The friendly service, comfortable room, great food, and facilities made it a very pleasant experience. Would definitely love to come back! 🌴✨

Had a lovely one-night stay at Swiss-Grand Beach Resort Kuantan and the recent upgrades really show. The lobby and public areas felt fresh and modern, and our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth. Breakfast had a good variety of local and Western options, and the beachfront location made it easy to relax and enjoy the sea view right outside. Getting to and from the resort was straightforward, and the surrounding area felt safe and convenient. Overall a comfortable stay and great value for a 5-star property — would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Kuantan.

This hotel is very family-friendly and perfect for a staycation with kids. There are plenty of activities to do, and the hotel has many restaurants to choose from, so you don’t even need to go out for meals. The only downside is that the kids’ club requires children to wear socks. If you don’t bring your own, you have to buy a pair for RM6 each. I personally think that’s a bit expensive. 🤣
