Excellent customer service. We were heading to Machu Picchu for a day and they allowed us to store our bags a full day before checking in for our stay even. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful

Pros. - Located right at the city center. Plenty of dining/ shopping options and tourist attractions. Rooms were nice and clean. Staffs were very helpful.
Cons. - Due to central location can be a little noisy. No A/c, so may be uncomfortable during summer.

This was a simple hotel in a good location. We liked that it was close to the plaza. We did not like being awoken by the school’s band next door at 7:30am. Breakfast that was included with the hotel was eaten by 8am and it was supposed to be open until 9am.

Excellent location in the heart of Cusco. The rooms facing the street are very noisy all night. I came at the end of June and the heating in the room is not very good. The staff's attention is very good.
