Excellent location, great hotel

room feels outdated. nice location.

The thing most noteworthy about this hotel was the smell. From the moment you entered the lobby, you were greeted by the stench of sewage. Our room on the 4th floor wasn't quite as intense, but still pungent throughout our 4-night stay. Our room housed dirty, bagged up towels from the previous guests. The single towel hook fell off the wall the second we tried to use it, and the emergency cord in the shower was moldy and dangling halfway down the wall. I still gave 3 stars because the breakfast was a nice touch, the staff was friendly, and there was AC (though, it was extremely cold and there was no way to adjust the temperature). The location is convenient, though we found it to be very noisy (one night until 3am) and wouldn't want to stay quite so close to the Ponte Vecchio in the future. The bed was comfortable enough and other than the things mentioned above, we had an uneventful stay. It wasn't the worst, but I certainly wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel was lovely! The location is GREAT and easy to walk all over Florence!! The staff were lovely. Breakfast was good and convenient.

Excellent location in the heart of the most popular district. The staff was accommodating and assisted with arranging transportation.

The hotel itself was wonderful but it is at a very busy location.

Hotel is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the train station and at a good price. Rooms were well maintained and there is a continental breakfast in the morning. Well worth it if you are looking for a budget option right near central Florence.

A hotel in a great location with some good views of the city skyline from the breakfast terrace. The breakfast was not the quality I expected and much lower quality especially when compared to a second hotel that I stayed at Florence. They served the worst quality croissants I have tasted. We also consistently lost wifi on our floor and the front desk was slow to acknowledge this, and act on it.
