Stayed with partner

Not a fan. -1 star for mediocre accommodations at a high price. And extra charge for parking. -1 star for flat sheet on the mattress. It doesn't matter what the price point is, a mattress needs a fitted sheet. This is one is all about location. Right in the heart of the action. So be prepared for loud raucous. All. Night. Long. No A/C so you have to choose between opening the window for air or shutting out the noise. It was warm in August....I would not stay here again.

The natural look of the lodge, both inside and out, was amazing. The most important thing was the kindness of the staff. I will definitely return for another stay.

Fantastic
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Banff. Brewster Mountain Lodge is in the heart of Banff. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with providing information. The breakfast nook was good and the ladies working there were welcoming. I most definitely recommend booking a parking spot at the hotel. We were messaged by the staff that this was recommended versus trying to find parking on the street or garage. They were so right! Overall it was a wonderful experience!

The location is excellent, the front desk staff are extremely helpful, and the breakfast is quite good. However, the noise level is overwhelming, and I’m surprised that so few reviews mention this issue. During the first night, I barely slept. I could hear every single person using the bathtub or taking a shower from around 8 PM to 8 AM, and any conversation happening in the hallway was clearly audible inside the room. For light sleepers, this may be a significant concern.

Fantastic
We had a very pleasant one-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The location was very convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

I didn’t like that there was no view except the back alley. Also was not happy that there was no air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a lot better than the last time we stayed there. No pool. Convenient location but I guess that is what we paid the excessive amount for a room. Way too pricey.

Great location but for the price it should have been very clean. I had to put my shoes on each time I went to the washroom.
