El personal es amable. La habitación y el baño, pequeños y limpios. La ubicación es buena (aunque el bus - que va a Venecia - que para en la esquina no funciona de noche; pero hay otra línea ST1 que te deja a 200 metros).

Stayed with family

Very good hotel. Air conditioned. Clean, helpful staff. Staff answered questions before arrival and during stay through Expedia messages or even WhatsApp. The breakfast was very basic so we opted out of it. The staff also offered free coffee after checkout. The location is close to Venice or Venice Mastre station. However transportation to and from hotel is not frequent. Some buses run every 30 minutes. The nearby tram runs every 10 minutes but it was changed to an alternate on our stay of visit and we found out the hard way. It wasted quite a bit of time. No fault of hotel but if your primary destination is Venice island then keep that in mind. You will get a better hotel for less money though. I would highly recommend it.

Bus stops and tram stops to the Venice Canals are in walking distances. Very helpful staff, ac is working. Truly clean rooms. We will stay here again.

Good internet, basic breakfast, but for €6 adequate. bed was comfortable and the hotel staff attentive and really helpful with local knowledge. It’s around 8 mins to central Venice by bus or tram so really easy to visit. Possibly a good spot for bass fishing in the Canal opposite hotel

The staff was very helpful and gave clear instructions on how to get to Venice. The hotel was generally clean, and I really appreciated being able to leave my car parked even after checkout to spend the day in Venice
