Stayed with family

Room had a bad odor when we walked in, had to turn the air on, seemed to help some. Telephone in our room was broke, refrigerator didn’t work. No information in the room or from the front desk about places to eat in the area. Person at the check-in desk wasn’t very helpful. Entrance was unkept, mat at door was dirty. Won’t stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel from June 20 to June 21, 2026, and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the bar provided a nice atmosphere to relax. The only issue I experienced was regarding a $25 cash deposit. At check-in, I was informed that it would be refunded in cash. However, at check-out, I was told the refund would be processed back through a credit or debit card instead. I have not received the refund yet, but I understand it may take a few business days to be processed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again.

One staff person seemed nice, the other could care less about customer service or being friendly. The hotel was outdated and not well kept. No signage out front and the flags were ripped. And finally the front had damage from a truck that was prob too tall for the overhang. It was falling down. No one was working on it just a few cones around it. Expedia and/or the hotel should have communicated this because I would have definitely NOT chosen to stay there. Our room door was open when we got there and the hallways smell musty.

Fantastic

Solo stay

Booked this hotel at the last minute due to a flight cancellation and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were super friendly and the room was sparkling clean with a comfortable bed. There were also some nice extra touches such as free bottled water and quality Arabica coffee pods. And the free shuttle to the airport left right on time. Exceeded my expectations!
