The hotel was empty and they put me in a room directly above construction. They were fully aware. They could have made the experience much better. The room was dated, the refrigerator was so loud I had to disconnect it. Just plain shabby and not at all what I expected. Waste of money

Beautiful condo, clean, comfy, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, plenty of towels, toiletries and cleaning and trash supplies in kitchen. Bed was super comfy, warm and roomy shower/tub. Many hot tubs outside which nice! Amazing views, quietness and above all why I keep coming back is the amazing staff! Melinda is superb at mamaging, very professional and kind, and I can’t thank you enough for the dear note in our room and making it such a nice stay!

While the rooms are dated, the stay was amazing. We had a large 1 room condo with great view of the mountains. The facility was great and we made good use of the pool and game area. Great location with wonderful food options and shopping minutes away.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating to our needs, e.g, restaurant recommendations, getting around the area , etc.. The location is excellent. The room was clean when we arrived.
