The staff at the hotel were always ready to help and assist us. The bar, restaurant and breakfast areas were clean and comfortable. On the whole, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic
Especially pleased with the staff. As we checked in we realized there were two bookings in our name, and they cancelled one with full refund. They were able to give us a room early. We were very jet lagged. The breakfast was great, the bed comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Great
There was a lot of noise from the street and creaking floors when people walked up the stairs or past the door.

Directly across from a major bus terminal, which made arriving with a toddler and lots of luggage very easy! Property was clean and room was a good size. Easy walk into the city center. A little noisy at night with the street cars, but not distracting once I fell asleep.

The property was conveniently located just out of the downtown hub but close enough to walk. All kinds of public transportation right at the door step. Room service was amazing and we found it spotless. If I had to complain about anything it would be a little noisy at night. But hey suck it up it's downtown Dublin Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would return

First off, Dublin is expensive certainly for hotels and this hotel is a moderately priced one. That said, it was very clean and rooms nice and well appointed and staff very welcoming. There’s a restaurant and bar but we didn’t use them as there was a Wetherspoons 5 minutes away for breakfast and many many great bars and eateries in Dublin. The downside to the hotel is its location beside the bus station which while a perfectly safe area, had some homeless folk on the streets. The other problem is that the DART railway is 20m behind the rear of the hotel and the trains are noisy and bedroom windows really need to be double glazed. In summer, with no aircon and need to open windows to keep cool then the noise could be a bigger issue. I’d advise asking for room at front/side which would have been quieter.
