This is a hotel that you choose if you want to be right in the heart of the Temple bar area, you can walk to many pubs and bars. If you want a hotel in quiet area this is probably not the best location being filled with tourists and having dinner homeless issues. It is however walkable to many tourist sites. The breakfast is nice and the staff is great but the rooms are very small. Also in most of the rooms there is no air conditioning although Dublin rarely gets hot.

Great location for Trinity College and book of Kells and a quiet spot close to Temple bar and Hapenny bridge if that’s your thing. I recommend this hotel.

Helpful staff and excellent handicap accessible bathroom. Front entry difficult with wheelchair. Breakfast selection good but not always hot enough and repetitive.

Everything was lovely. The staff was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. Well located, and beautiful lobby.

I like this space so much I could have enjoyed my vacation without leaving the hotel. The rooms, the common spaces to relax in, the dining spaces, the menu… everything awesome. Hygge. The location is unbeatable… so close to everything!

Beautiful boutique hotel in central Dublin, walking distance to all major sites. Lovely lobby to relax in with fireplace. Comfortable beds, great shower, excellent restaurants. Only reason I didn’t rate the hotel a 5 is two little, but impactful omissions in the hotel description. The hotel has air conditioning BUT only in SOME rooms. Our room did not have aircon and it was an unusually warm period in Dublin so sleeping was uncomfortable. I know many hotels in Europe don’t have aircon but we thought The Fleet did so it was an unexpected experience. Also, the hotel has an elevator BUT many rooms are actually in connecting buildings so you get an elevator to a floor but then have to navigate a series and halls and additional stairs to get to your room. Again, many hotels in Europe don’t have elevators but we thought The Fleet did, so another unexpected experience. Just be sure that you get a room with an aircon if it’s in the warmer months and a room nearish to the elevator and you’ll have a wonderful experience.
