The experience of staying here in Hiltom Garden Inn was superb. The hotel is a 3 minute walk to Imbi Station where in you can ride the Monorail to Kuala Lumpur's tourist spots. We stayed at the 20th floor which over looking the KL Tower, Petronas Tower and Merdaka 118 Building.

We stayed a total of 11 nights, 12 days. the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hospitality and food was top notch! We sincerely appreciated the open communication from reception, the security was also very helpful, and even carried our bags to the Grab as we were leaving. The bar was amazing, and always being tidied. staff were genuine and helpful, and catered that Malaysian hospitality that we love. The hotel itself is situated in such a wonderful space, a 15 minute walk to the Saloma bridge, or a 15 minute walk the other way to Sunway Putra! The local landscape was amazing and the markets were very much enjoyed. The buffet breakfast provided was delightful, and staff were so courteous each time we had breakfast. Overall, the staff, and the facilities made our time a pleasant one and we look forward to returning again soon!

Although it is a bit far from the twins tower, it is near with so many delicious restaurant. In addition the room is clean and big enough for two people. Overall, it is a comfortable hotel.

location at chow kit area, there are many Indonesian food within walking distance from hotel. staff very friendly. one thing to highlight is the lift. waiting time too long just to board the lift. Pool is located at L25. Room pretty big. the window view from my room was spectacular. I didn't choose the breakfast option as there are more nice food nearby.
