It was not what I expected at all. I have been to many hotels across the US, coast to coast, and this one was lacking, especially at the price point. The pools (main feature of the hotel) were littered with used drink cups. I noticed that the servers by the pool were very selective about who they offered service to (no one of color was asked). The room it self was just, fine. It should have been great. The sheets were ripped, the mini fridge didn’t work, and the TV remote didn’t work. I don’t know if Florida is just scummy, but the last 3 hotels I stayed at, including this one, do not offer drinking water. You have to pay for it. $3 for a 16 oz, no name brand, bottle of water, in one of the hottest states of the USA. Finally, the parking situation is just stupid. At the price point per night, self-parking, at the very least should be included, or at least be less costly. Overall, I don’t recommend this particular Hilton and I definitely will not be visiting again.
