Good

Our room smelled terrible, I spoke to multiple cleaning staff asking for room spray and we never got any. The bed was horrible. You could feel all the springs in the mattress. The pool was nice, but we encountered many rude children. The life guard did nothing to stop their behavior, some of which was dangerous. The hotel itself was nice, but we were definitely disappointed.

I reserved 2 rooms. Check in Process took some time. We were given the wrong key and had to walk back-and-forth between tower five interception twice. On her first day, we went to the lazy river and there were no tubes available. The lifeguard was able to trim up a couple for us the second day when we went to the lazy River again no tubes. I also the lifeguard station again, even though there were five guys there none of them wanted to walk around and look for tubes for us finally, one of them, who obviously was not happy about it went to look for some tubes for us they finally came back with some tubes, threw them on the ground and just walked away, walked to the lifeguard station said something to the other guy and then he walked off and left I did have a broken cabinet in the kitchen maintenance did call the day after I reported it. I told them I did not need to fix. Just wanted them to be aware so it could be fixed before the next person arrived. We went to Diddy‘s to eat, but the smell of sewage was so strong that we left front desk employees although a confusion with our keys were very polite and plays working at the laser over however, only the first day I came across the young girl that was working in there who is very polite the second day who was all guys they seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping anyone. Rooms and the grounds were very clean.

Great

Stayed with family · For friends and family

The Hotel was clean and staff was very accommodating and friendly. The options for food on the hotel grounds was limited. We couldn’t get the shakes because the machine was not working properly. The pool was awesome and loved the lazy river. The bed was not as comfortable as I hoped and the bar stools were not very comfortable either. Other than that the room was great and had many kitchen appliances and utensils like a toaster and blender. The refrigerator size was like a small apartment size. Overall it was a good stay.

Pool was great. Room was okay too as it had all kitchen amenities and etc. but when we got into the room, there was a piece of dust chunk rolling around the bed.. My only comment is the check in process. Angelo was the one who helped us with the checking in process. He was not friendly to begin with. He did not explain all the basics such as wifi, pool wristband requirement etc. Plus, when I asked for a baby crib, he told me to go to the concierge to get it myself. Also when I needed clarification on the tower and room location, he just said I can go around the lobby without giving me any kind of direction.. he also charged 200 for the deposit but without telling me what it is.
