Nice enough for a single night. Property could really use some improvements.

Staff is amazing, they upgraded us when our room wasn’t ready. But there is a mandatory fee for breakfast and alcoholic beverages that we weren’t able to use due to our schedule.

I booked a luxury king room with a city view for my bday and when arriving and given my key . I was placed on the 5th floor no view and it was an ada queen room not what I booked . Went down to lobby to ask about room and was told that was all they had and I could come back in the morning to see if anyone checked out . I purposely booked a luxury king room w/ a view only to not be given that or an apologize for the room or to make some type of accommodation. Went down next morning at 8am spoke to a different staff person and was given another room on the second floor why that wasn’t available the day I checked in doesn’t make Since when check out is 11 . Also my view for that room was sidewalk . Was given tickets for free coffee and danish in morning and alcohol ticket to only go for coffee and it was very watered down and I have a nut allergy and they only had oat creamer . Then when happy hour was, we go to get drink no bartender to be found . The carpet in the hotel was very nasty and there was an odor. A gentleman would come periodically and febreze the halls due to mildew smell .

The property was easy to get to From the BQE. Arrived early and were able to check in early. We parked in The garage but when it was time to leave there were cars blocking us so we had to wait approximately -15 minutes for staff to retrieve the keys. The staff was helpful in bringing towels that were not in the room when we checked in. However the towels were rough. The bathroom did not have any privacy the toilet was open on one side through a window. And the shower head did not work properly. The bed was comfortable. We did not use the bar or the cafe.

Good location, front desk staff are not so friendly, hallway floors need cleaning, rooms facing Flatbush ave are very noisy with windows closed, subway train vibrations can be felt on the 4th floor. You get what you pay for.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower. It did not have a slip mat in it. Accident waiting to happen. I used a towel to stand on in the shower.

Great amenities and location

The parking is extremely limited, 12 spaces. I waited over a hour to park due to an unauthorized vehicle blocking the space. The toilet paper holder was broken, only 1 towel on the bathroom, only a sheet on the bed.

The room had a broken AC One towel in the room No coffee maker They moved us to another room The AC was not working as well One towel and the coffee maker not working The tub had an issue with the faucet
