Great

Stayed with family · For friends and family

The hotel itself was great; friendly staff and good location to walk to all attractions and access the L. However, ima few blocks away is a fire station, so on a busy holiday weekend, there were a lot of sirens all night….so not the best sleep.

Stay was pleasant, most of the staff was friendly, it's located right in the center of downtown and made it easy to access alot since you have to walk everywhere.

Great

Our room was right under the weight room and we were woken up every morning by the sound of dumbbells dropping on the floor. Otherwise hotel was great! Gave us a complimentary bottle of wine since it was my birthday. Would stay again, just wouldn’t stay on a high floor.

Solo stay

Poor check in experience for VIP access. Free wine bottle and upgraded room not offered until the next day after the Expedia check in review prompted it. No early check in available. A MURDER happened here right outside during our stay and all they would do is remove the ridiculous and extra destination fee.
