Fantastic Extended Stay was as good as always, which is why I will continue staying there when I am in Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Chandler.

Great Overall a very pleasant stay, especially for the price. The staff were extremely friendly, and the modest breakfast was apprecaited. The room can be a bit noisy with neighbor sounds but is comfortable. My only big complaint was that the gym was out of service.

Below averageStayed with family
This place was very dirty and unsanitary. I could smell weed when walking through the hallways and through the vent in my room. The couch was very dirty. There was a big stain on the cushion. There was an awful smell when I walked into the room. It was not comfortable to be in.

Below average As soon as turned off the lights, cockroaches started to come out. I had no pillows and the coffee table was on the couch. The kitchen also had parts for the stove on the counter.
