have stay for a few days for rest at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by vintage designs and display of the lobby.We greeted well by the conceirge but not a Front Office is present in the table that time so I would suggest they should be more attentive in upcoming guest all the time . Light, airy and very spacious, .While waiting we got a chance to eat at their restaurant I can say the food was good and huge serving.The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Surabaya.
