The Valet and restaurant staff were both excellent. The front counter staff and house keeping were horrible. Two out of five nights the housekeepers never cleaned our room or brought us fresh towels. When we called the front desk they were uninterested and of no help at all. The property is getting dated and the management and service for the price has left the building.

The place was amazing but check in was a nightmare. They had the reservations messed up. Blamed it on the booking platform. Got charged an additional 100 per room for add-ons!!
