4/5 Stars I had a very pleasant stay overall. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a staff member with a tablet who was helping expedite the check-in process by assisting guests while they waited in line. When it was my turn, Lazaro at the front desk checked me in. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and very helpful. Thanks to him, I was even able to get an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. As an Expedia Silver VIP member, I also received a $35 resort credit, which was a nice perk. We ended up using it at Best Friend at Park MGM, and it added extra value to our stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It felt welcoming and provided plenty of room to relax. My only disappointment was the air conditioning. Despite setting the thermostat to 65°F, the room never seemed to cool below 73°F. During the summer months in Las Vegas, having a cool room to escape to after being outside is one of my top priorities. I tried calling the front desk around 10:00 PM for assistance, but after a lengthy wait without an answer, I eventually gave up. Overall, the excellent service, especially from Lazaro, the smooth check-in process, and the Expedia VIP benefit made for a very enjoyable stay. If the AC performance and late-night responsiveness were improved, this would easily have been a 5-star experience.

Stayed in the fountain view suite! Fantastic for a bachelorette party!!

The pool was disappointing. Very small for. The number of people. Also had trouble getting a complete copy of the bill upon checkout which I have never experienced before. Otherwise the location is great. Very central on the strip. Also liked the many food choices that they offer for every budget

Overall nice hotel

They are liars don’t trust them They charge me $63 each day for each room. They said it’s a resort fees,other hotels don’t charge and they gave me $75 credit because the room AC was not working and they said will be added to your credit card and after a week I called them they said no that is a credit you should’ve used at restaurants and bar as a point I don’t really recommend it plus I had to wait 2 hours for check in my rooms was not ready

Online check in system sucked… graphics on kiosks look like a child did them… seems like 3+ tiers below the Wynn

Rooms were clean. Was offered downgraded room during check in which delayed the check in process. We had to wait to get the original booked/confirmed room.

Great place, beautiful and location can not be better

When we got there they gave a room with a lot of damage to the room . There was broken glass, whole in the wall and it was dirty as hell.then second room had a dirty table and a half smoke cigar out side on the balcony. I was surprised that for a 5 star hotel that the cleaning crew let 1 room clear to people staying with broken glass in it and other room dirty .
