Below average
Upon check in I was "greeted" by Daryl. Daryl opened with I dont like people who dont follow the rules. I asked what he meant. He assumed I was going to ask to check-in before the posted time. However I was simply trying to check my bags and attend an event. This was the rudest behavior from a hotel desk clerk Ive ever been met with. The lady who posed as the manager was equally unequipped to deal with the public. As a hotel, it hasnt been renovated in decades. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. There are better options.

Fantastic
The service and attention was outstanding! The hotel is right in the center of the city with great views and only 25 minutes from Niagara Falls City and even closer to other attractions. Close to breweries, restaurants, distilleries, and city sites. Again, wonderful staff!

Staff was super friendly thats about the only good thing I could say about my stay. The room was gross especially the bathroom the the bedding. The room next to our had their smoke alarm going off for an hour which I dont fault the hotel for.

Fantastic
Everything about the experience was great. Kevin who checked us in was absolutely amazing. My 10 year old nephew said Kevin is his new friend. All the staff were great. The valet service was excellent. I highly recommend.

Room was clean and had a nice big TV. Lobby was very beautiful but the rooms and hallways were not as up to date. Breakfast was an extremely expensive at $25 a person for a sparse average hotel buffet. Valet parking was available for $29 a night. Other parking options were available but were a 2 min drive from the hotel.

Stayed with friends · For friends and family

The stay was good. But my room was not properly cleaned and had food left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. The swimming pool was not as big as it looks in the pictures, but it is of a decent size.
