Our stay was enjoyable overall, but for a premium-priced, world-class resort, the service lacked the consistency I expected. Having just sailed on Disney Cruise Line from Barcelona to Italy, where the hospitality was exceptional, the contrast was noticeable. The highlights were excellent. Frederica at the front desk was outstanding—professional, warm, and genuinely helpful. Our quiet garden-view room with a private patio was perfect for relaxing after long park days. Security throughout the resort was exceptional, breakfast was good, the air conditioning worked well, and most Cast Members spoke excellent English. Uber Eats proved to be the easiest way to get meals, as room service is limited to breakfast. If your budget allows, Premier Access is absolutely worth it. The weaknesses were mostly operational. Early check-in was promised but our room wasn’t available until 3:00 p.m., with little communication. Housekeeping was inconsistent, especially on our final day. Shower pressure was poor, hot water was difficult to regulate, Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the lack of a refrigerator was surprising at this price point. The pool is enjoyable but becomes crowded and heavily chlorinated during peak hours. One tip for international visitors: begin every interaction with a friendly “Bonjour” and make an effort to speak a little French. We consistently found that this simple courtesy resulted in warmer, more helpful service. Would I stay here again? Probably not. 6,5/10

The room was small but did the job considering your not in the room much , it had a king size bed which was comfortable .The room had Air conditioning was very good especially after spending a warm day at the Disney park . Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful location wax great to walk to the park I would stay in this hotel again .

The hotel was really nice. However, the rooms smelled a bit weird. Also, one of the mornings, we were having the all-you-can-eat breakfast downstairs. I saw a little kid sneeze onto the Mickey waffles and the mum didn't bother to notify staff so I let three of the staff members know. Not one of them did anything about the food even though one of them was translating what I said to the others in French. On the last day, the maids kept opening the door in the morning when we were getting ready to checkout, even though checkout was at 11am. So, overall, it was a nice hotel to stay at, but not the best Disney experience I've ever had.

Very close to the park and village. The shuttle runs frequently but also very walkable. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. We were able to drop our bags and go to the park for the day before check in. The rooms are small, out-dated and not well maintained. Housekeeping staff attempting to enter without knocking. And does not refresh coffee pods or waters.

Staff was friendly, but not Disney friendly. Food options were very limited. In the bar lil items were premade so you couldn’t make by adjustments. The hotel was not very Disney themed at all. Overall the view of the lake are was pretty, not too far of a walk from the parks but because I love Disney, I would stay at a different Disney hotel if and when I come back.

Hot room- thermostat would not allow change of fan or temperature. No electrical outlets- found one usb on television, none in bathroom or bedside. Only One dining option in hotel. Except finger food in bar. Balcony no awning and floor dirty. Staff was okay, not Disney Brand friendly or extra helpful. Definitely convenient to the Park.

Beautiful property with just a short walk to the parks and Downtown Disney. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning in both of our rooms. The rooms do have AC, but they’re not cooled very well. And it’s was the same issue last year when visiting with my brother in the World of Marvel New York hotel. If you’re a western visitor and been to other Disney properties, lower your expectations and just understand that Disney Paris doesn’t do AC very well. However, if you ask for a fan, they will provide one for your room. Overall, its still a great Hotel and clean property.

Have stayed at the hotel many times but in the heatwave the air conditioning was broken. We were only there for 2 nights and after 2 phone calls to reception and 3 trips to see them 2 engineers finally came up and fixed nothing. Really disappointed and have filed a complaint with Newport bay

Rooms are overdue for a complete refresh. Room TV not working. Not enough of long chairs at the pool for the number of clients. Quality not matching the high Price tag per night.

I just feel the bathroom was a bit dingy. The queues for food on a morning was horrendous. The pool area was a bit off putting. Saying that of the above, the hotel was super busy and the staff worked very hard. My husband picked up little people had just dropped on the floor by the lifts (disgusting people). The bed was super comfy. Nice 15 minute walk to the parks. I would stay here again, but it could do with a little update. If would also recommend this hotel.
