This hotel is a must-stay for fans of Cars. However, it might be challenging for families with small children as there's no air conditioning or refrigerator, and some accommodations are far from the reception. I didn't know this as it was my first time, but apparently, if you book the hotel through the official website, park tickets are included. I ended up booking separately and it was more expensive, so I recommend checking the prices carefully before making a reservation.

Perfect stay for my Disney trip! The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning, which made it especially comfortable during the heatwave. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with something to suit everyone. The shuttle bus service between the hotel and Disneyland was convenient, reliable, and easy to use, making trips to and from the park completely hassle-free. Overall, everything was perfect, and I would happily stay here again.

Amazing hotel, lobby is very grand and it feels very exclusive as only hotel guests can enter. Love that it is connected straight to the disneyland park, but abit of a walk to the adventure world park. But honestly for the price paid, it would be better if breakfast was included or if the hotel had activities for guests ( like what other disneyland hotels in other countries have)

It was very clean and comfortable. Access to the Disney parks is also excellent. The train station is close by, which was convenient as we could choose between the shuttle bus or the train depending on the schedule. Being able to refill our water bottles with room-temperature water in the elevator lobby was a huge help! I would like to stay here again.

Great bed and ambience. No room service but near the park and restaurants

It's very close to Disney, just a 2-minute walk to the station and one stop away. The room is very spacious and the facilities are beautiful. However, one night there was no hot water. The staff told us it would be available that evening, but it actually wasn't until the morning.

Disneyland Paris was such a wonderful experience! ✨ From the magical atmosphere and beautifully themed areas to the exciting rides and amazing parade, everything felt special. The attention to detail throughout the park really makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a different world.
A perfect place to enjoy a fun-filled day, relive childhood memories, and create new ones. 🏰❤️ Definitely an unforgettable experience in Paris!

Extremely good thing to have when you are visiting Paris. we took the Disneyland both parks, hop on hop off and River cruise. And it was a brezze through. Only thing you should remember if you are taking the Hop on Hop off, you have to personally go to the collection office for collecting the physical voucher.

What to know before visiting Torcy
Quick city snapshot and what to expect
Torcy is a family-friendly suburb with strong demand for Theme parks and a steady share of bookings for Zoos & aquariums, cruises and guided tours. Demand rises and falls through the year, with clear peaks around December and much quieter weeks in September.
Best times to visit and how prices move
According to Klook booking data, December is the busiest month while September sees the lowest demand. Prices drift through the year and do not perfectly mirror demand: Klook prices typically peak around April and reach their lowest point around January, so the priciest month and the busiest month are different. If you want lower prices and smaller crowds, aim for September or January when demand and prices are generally lower; visit in December if you want the peak-season atmosphere despite higher visitor numbers.
Tips for travellers
Most experiences in Torcy can be booked with some flexibility: travellers typically book about two weeks ahead but many last-minute options still appear within a few days. If you prefer planning, consider booking a few weeks in advance for December when demand spikes; for quieter months you can be more spontaneous. Browse Klook listings early to compare options and lock in choices that suit your travel dates.
