this hotel is ok.. right across from One Bangkok Mall. I accidentally put the wrong date for check in- 10-9 instead of 10-10( I was checked in through diff site), anyway I accidentally put the wrong day. Hotel staff saw me and said nothing. the next morning I go to check in for the day under klook and they said the reservation was for previos day(Im already checked in).. they charged me $500 baht, said if I don’t pay I couldn’t check in and would have to leave. they didn’t care about an honest error- I searched the correct dates and wasn’t aware it changed. they didn’t lose money, I didn’t break anything, nothing was missing but a typo date error and I’m charged after paying over $160usd a night. other than this the hotel is nice it’s ok, I stayed in premier room with complimentary package include laundry-4 pieces, drinks all day, alcohol 6-8, and food set at night changed daily. the jacuzzi in room is nice but don’t use jet black particles come out. plush thick towels.
