The hotel itself was excellent, with a great location and outstanding service from the staff.
However, I was extremely disappointed with Klook's booking service. We booked and paid for a continuous 4-night stay, but upon arrival the hotel informed us that Klook's booking agency had split the reservation into two separate bookings in different rooms (2 nights in one room and 2 nights in another). This was never communicated to us during the booking process.
Fortunately, the hotel staff arranged for us to stay in the same room for all 4 nights. Had they not done so, we would have been forced to change rooms halfway through our stay. The hotel confirmed the reservation had been submitted this way by Klook's agency.
After checking direct hotel rates, the price difference was minimal. While the hotel was fantastic, I would recommend being cautious when booking through Klook and verifying that your reservation has not been split.
