Stayed with kids

The pics vs reality doesn’t compare. Then what’s worse is where we were sent we could hear every car that drove past by. Going up the stairs looks unsafe and I asking down the foyer to get to our room the slab “foundation” had major cracks. Just looks unstable and definitely not safe. Overall I’m grateful for a bed to sleep in but the whole facility needs a major renovation.

Solo stay

The rooms are old and dirty. Lots of dead and live roaches. (GOT VIDEOS) There's no plug for the tub (room121 atleast) it had a very slow drain. They advertise breakfast but it's a contenental bag given with nothing you would eat. Renovation going on till 2am. Had to complain to front desk for it to stop. I don't understand why you would put someone in the room directly under all that noise. Was told I could leave but they don't give refunds. Suffering for 4 days, worst vacation ever.
