Absolutely delightful. Staff was fabulous. Breakfast is outstanding. Only criticism was with shower design. There is no mounted shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Thus, you must take small containers into the shower and there is no shelf to put them so you must put them on floor or outside of shower. Extremely inconvenient and even more so for seniors.

Stayed one night on the way to Seville, and the room was very comfortable, exactly as indicated online, and the location was great. The rooftop bar is lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Exactly what you would expect from a hotel in this bracket. We had a standard double room with interior view, which is to say a view of the light well that all interior rooms look onto. The large window is offset from the sleeping space, so you could open the curtains if you wanted to with compromising privacy. It provides a nice amount of natural light and the room’s fit out is classy enough to make it feel snug and cozy, not second-rate by any means. All the standard touches are in place - coffee, tea, (paid) mini bar, robes, slippers. Very civilised checkout time. Would stay again.

Very well designed hotel that does actually reflect some art. Slap bang next to the Guggenheim and a very pleasant 20 minutes on foot from the old town. Cocktails to die for.

Outstanding staff. Conveniently located across from Guggenheim Museum. Breakfast buffet pricey, but worth the price to get custom eggs/omelettes. Rooftop bar & restaurant wonderful.

Location of hotel is amazing overlooking the Guggenheim… sunset views from rooftop deck are without equal . Such great service at all levels thru house maids,desk staff,wait staff in all restaurants and bars … also PARKING!
