Breakfast was good but my room key constantly didn't work so I had to keep going back down to the front desk. The manager Kimberly didn't apologise and presented poor management skills with little understanding of the impact of not being able to access my room that I had already paid for. This happened almost every day that I was there,, Due to this, I would like to request a refund or some kind of compensation. Although maintenance was sent to fix the door, my card continued to not work. This is very bad and to add insult to injury Kimberly didn't give my concerns the care required and dismissed it as this happens sometimes. I was so disappointed of not being able to access my room as an when I wanted on a daily basis.

Room was very worn, flooring was in terrible shape and room was very small

The breakfast was some of the best food I have eaten. The staff were so nice! This is a fantastic hotel and I will be back for future concerts.

A homeless person entered the breakfast area and helped himself to the food designated for guests. It was disconcerting to say the least. He was immediately escorted from the premises by staff and they quickly cleaned and sanitized the everything he came in contact with. Their swig response was appreciated.

Staff and parking were excellent, but the floor in the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Wonderful

I stayed here for the weekend to attend a concert at the State Farm stadium nearby.

this hotel was so clean and the breakfast was amazing and fresh, the maintenance ladies clean the sheets and gave us new towels. We really appreciated that it was a great experience. 10/10
