This hotel is located with a tram stop outside and walking distance to the metro and inter city trains. It is a great location and only about four stops on the tram to Wilhameinapleim stop for the cruise terminal. It makes for easy and cheap transport on the tram and train using the OV chipkaart tap on and tap off card. The hotel is very comfortable with a very comprehensive complimentary breakfast. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The location is closed to Rotterdam station Centre, only 5-6 minutes walk. The room is pretty big for 2 adults. We're very happy for staying in this hotel. We'll definitely stay here again!

Staff very smiley but not trained well. There are no phone Sockets anywhere in the hotel. It is an Express so if you are not looking for frills or just an overnight stay, it is fine

It was a convenient 1 night stay for us. The city is doing a lot of work in the area so having to maneuver around the barricades and the broken concrete here and there took away from the experience. The breakfast was less than desired, but it was included. And the scents for the soap and shampoo in the room - parsley stem and purple kale; geez! We will laugh about that for a long time!
