Upon our check in, I felt like he was pushing to sell their spa services too much. He wanted us to give $100 deposit. Otherwise, they were very nice. The room was clean and AC was nice and cold. Water tasted a bit salty. It was close to a mall nearby. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety. Especially the local dessert, yum.

Hotel is on prime location, just in front of Kuta beach, Many restaurent around the hotel. Although hotel is busy area but as soon as you enter hotel, environment is serene and peacefull, could not find any shortcomings in this hotel. Breakfast is very good, start at 7:00AM have lot of vegerarian indian food option in breakfast, highlighly recommanded.
