Property was clean, pretty, and well maintained but it lacked in other aspects. Front desk folks were just ok. The pool area has no seating/loungers/umbrellas. They provide a beach towel so u can lay on the grass. If u need an iron, u must ask for it. Smart TV in room isn’t so smart, you can’t connect to any apps even though WiFi is connected. Be prepared to watch nothing but Spanish tv. Safe in room but anyone can just walk off with the whole thing. lol it’s not bolted down u can literally pick it up. I didn’t try the gym but it closes at 10pm. The restaurant/room service closes early. So if you plan on grabbing a late night bite you will have to Uber Eats it in. There’s also nothing open in the area after 10. They don’t even have a coffee machine in room or lobby. There is a grocery store and Burger King nearby till 10pm. Overall if u really want alone /quiet time, eat early, and go to bed early this might be the place for you. If you plan on going out and seeing all the hot spots you’re better off staying near gran via. It will save you time, uber money, and you’ll have places to eat/drink. Oh I almost forgot, the walls are super thin!! I heard things I shouldn’t have but I heard housekeeping even more! They just be talking to each other from one end of the hall to the other and banging that vacuum against all walls.

Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Nice, welcoming staff. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with many choices and very fresh baked goods and fruit.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Madrid. The location was convenient, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel offered good value for the price and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The shuttle to the airport was just great: clean, large car and worked punctual on time with its nice driver who was driving safely. Additionally, I have to tell that Erika who worked in the breakfast area is also a great staff. Thanks. On the other hand, we believe that the room amenities need some review. Air conditioning was not working good. The room and bathroom are small and far from being user friendly. There is no trash bin in the room.

The property and room were beautiful and clean. The staff was helpful. However, I was disappointed that the pool was not open.

I had booked a deluxe double room and payed much more than my budget INR 51,000, but was surprised to see that there was no proper toilet area. The washbasin was as soon as you opened the room door, the shower was literally next to the bed, each time I took a shower I had to wipe the outside of the cubicle (half glass) because the water sprayed next to the bedroom carpet. The toilet (wc) was in a small long space behind the wash basin with a sliding door. There was half a wardrobe open above the locket and fridge.

Comfortable hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location worked well for us, with easy access to Metro Line 1 and convenient connections to Madrid Airport and train stations. A great option for travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Excelente ubicación, en un sitio tranquilo y con acceso a todo, bastante cerca a una estación de Metro que permite ir a culaquier parte de Madrid. Las instalaciones bien, nos falló un día el agua caliente. Por el resto todo bien
