This hotel is disgusting and had mould and mildew everywhere. They put me in a room that smelled like it had been wet for weeks and when I complained they gave me one that was slightly better on the 3rd floor. The bathroom was gross and full of mildew. The furniture is old. There is no elevator so good luck with your suitcases. It looks nothing like the photos. This is not even a 1 star hotel.

Stayed three nights in this hotel. Breakfast is disappointing. The hotel is centrally located, clean and the staff is helpful. The massage outlet is good.

Simple facilities, was disappointed with lack of hairdryer, as well as sewing kit when I requested for it. However, the staff tried their utmost to serve us and cater to our needs, and we are very impressed and heartened by that. Kudos to the service!

I had booked a standard room thru hotels.com.Very very bad hotelroom. No elevators. Poor wifi Standard rooms are badly maintained. No windows (i wonder what the drapes and curtains mentioned in the room amenities are for ?? To cheat/fleece customers ??) No balcony nor terrace for standard rooms. Dead spiders and other insects in room Bathroom door not closing . Avoid at all costs especially if purchasing a standard room ( better hotels available at similar rates nearby ). As the hotel refused to give any refund ( even for one day despite my booking for 2 days) and having reached hotel around 8.00 pm - i decided to use my 2 day booking and payment of IDR550K for staying for one night in their deluxe room - which is more well done up /well maintained and was in sync with what they had written as amenities ( though faced water logging in washroom and washbasin ; and the waste bins could do well with plastic garbage bags) . i stayed for one more night at a cost IDR350K  just to avoid shifting to another hotel and face more surprises . The hotel staff though friendly and courteous - speak only bahasa indonesia . So that was another struggle.  But one staff in particular Ms Irfini/ Ms fini was definitely very helpful and understanding ; and she could speak as also understand English.  So be very careful in going thru hotel offerings and before making any choice.  If something is not explicit then assume the worst.

Generally a pleasant stay, but may not be suitable for elderly or handicapped guests as there is no lift in the hotel. Our room is located on the 2nd storey, and the elderly finds difficulty in climbing up the staircase.
