Fantastic
Located conveniently to everything. Very safe neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable and clean as were the communal bathrooms. It’s a very good value for Boston.

My room was good but location of the room (mezzanine) was very bad, I am here visiting for work so a good night of sleep was essential. I asked the front desk to change my room on first night of stay and they said they can change it the next day but I never heard back. The music, noises from the lobby and elevator did not let me sleep very well on all four nights even with using ear plugs. I could sleep only for 4 or 5 hours only when the lobby was empty. I spent a lot of money and couldn't get the rest I needed. I reached out to the customer service as well and did not hear back

Fantastic
An absolute great stay. Was initially sceptical about booking a room with bathroom down the hall but could not have been more happy! Room spotless and had extra amenities like bathrobe, slippers, towel, soaps etc. Then the bathrooms had products, extra towels and a great system of if you felt the place needed cleaning then turn a sign and was always cleaned spotlessly really quickly! Great staff, super comfy bed, excellent cleaning and so happy with our stay.

Four guys shared one of the bunk rooms. The bathrooms were kept very clean. Every time someone used a shower the staff would clean the room
