Great Upon entering our room, we experienced water leakage in our bathroom. Maintenance responded promptly and repaired . The leak reappeared on 3 more occasions and maintenance promptly responded with temporary fixes. We have informed management and requested some reimbursement for our inconveniences. Awaiting response.

Great The room was very clean and in good condition.
The only issues were:-
1.The mattress was quite creaky and perhaps needs replaced.
2. The duvet cover is open at the sides , resulting in the duvet itself touching skin eventually. As it is doubtful that the actual duvet is washed between every occupancy , it is likely the contact of duvet on skin is between many different persons- not pleasant or hygienic

Fantastic I stayed here for a while whilst having work done on my property. I can honestly say that the whole experience was totally positive. This is an extremely well run, spotlessly clean, well located and well equipped accommodation.
Above all the main asset is the wonderful team who go out of their way to help you and are always so pleasant, attentive and a pleasure to be around 😊

Great Good location with nice clean and abundant cutlery and cleaning supplies for two nights stay. The only difficulty is to drive up or down in the carpark when it’s a single narrow road with 90 degree turning.

When booking i had indicated that i was bringing my 2 children, Girl 13 and Boy 10. They have us a room meant for a handicapped person, with one double bed and a sofa bed, which by the way wasn't even made. The shower had a seat smack right in the middle of the shower. All the space in the room and they cant have a proper vanity mirror with a top so as to use for wash and shave. I asked the reception to swap our rooms as my children cant sleep together in one bed, but they said they were fully booked. I had to sleep on the floor while the kids had a bed each.
