I was very disappointed with my stay. The room didn’t smell fresh, and the carpet had several stains. The bed seemed okay, but I was so tired that I didn’t even want to turn on the lights to inspect it because I didn’t want to find out it was dirty. I guess the low price should have been a warning. The bathroom was the worst part. There were live roaches and flies, and the shower wall looked like it had dried feces smeared on it. To make matters worse, there were long red hairs in the shower that clearly weren’t mine—I’m bald and stayed in the room alone. It made me question how well the room had been cleaned before my arrival. The only positive thing I can say is that parking was easy. The main reason I booked this hotel was because it had an 8-star rating, but after this experience, I don’t understand how it received such high reviews. This taught me not to rely solely on ratings. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I’d rather pay more and sleep and shower in a clean environment. This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

They're cool, I don't have to worry about anyone bothering me. It's a literal escape from anyone or anything for me.

The staff was very polite and courteous

Check in late from work tired fell to sleep to woke up to shower and it don’t work try various ways to turn it on told em at front desk had to leave back to work sucks no shower stay away

This used to be a good hotel. Hi, don't know what happened to it. The owner is a really nice guy. The people that cleaned the rooms need to step up their game. Has cockroaches, both rooms was the same the first room I got was not clean. It had someone's old underwear, and when I lift up the sheet, somebody's eyelashes really bad conditions do not recommend staying here
