Fantastic

Solo stay

The most impressive quality of this hotel is its staff who are immediately welcoming and friendly. Everyone who worked there seemed to really care about their service and made me feel like I was coming home every day greeted by friends. I had a ton of leftovers from takeout from the taco truck around the corner (which one of the desk attendants recommended) and another lovely gentleman was kind enough to walk me down the street to find a houseless person to gift the food to. Everyone working the front desk went out of their way to have real conversations with me which I truly enjoyed. The hotel itself is quirky in a good way with historical features but maintaining modern conveniences. It's centrally located to many DTLA places but also didn't feel like crowded and loud city streets. The parking situation is a little confusing but they just started valet service a few weeks ago and are going through some learning curves there. I highly recommend the Stile and will stay again if I find myself back in DTLA.

Solo stay

Pretty old buiding with two different showers not working very well (one valve had to be cranked down hard to stop leaking, the other had no hot water, when I stayed previously). Rooms are ok, but needs some renovation to be really nice. I'm not picky and overall it's great for me, but overall, this is not what most people would consider a really nice hotel. Parking is tough. Some right next to hotel $35 cash only. Safe there. Other garages are a couple of blocks away and not as safe (by reviews)

Fantastic

Solo stay

I stayed solo for the Ariana Grande concert and I completely enjoyed my stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, I had a small issue with my shower knob being too hard but it was quickly resolved! The rooms were stylish, clean and comfy, I loved the face masks. Would definitely recommend and stay again :)
