The staff was exceptional. From the front desk, to valet, to cleaning staff. I rarely leave reviews on hotels, but was super impressed. The location was great.

It was okay. Room stayed warm. Bathroom had something in it that ran at all times and was so loud. I had to sleep with the door closed. Then the room only had sheer curtains so at night it was like sleeping with the light on. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The fitted sheet was so thin I didn't know if that was the sheet or a mattress cover (you could see straight through it). The shower really wasn't the cleanest. Tons of hard water stains all over the glass. The corners of the showers I couldn't tell if it was mold/dirt/missing caulking? The sink faucet was also very loose. The room had carpet and had some stains. I think carpet in general is absolutely gross so shoes stayed on. The area of the hotel, you definitely can't be walking around alone especially after sun down. If you go a few streets over, there is tons to see, do and eat. I had called previously to asking about parking and they told yes they had parking but when I got to the hotel it was only valet parking at $50 a night. I ended up parking across the street at the probation office parking garage at $12 a day.

GreatStayed with kids
The hotel was nice and in a great location. The valet parking was so convenient. Our only hiccup was we didn’t realize we had to request housekeeping so the first day we left and came back to trash still in the room. But they were quick to fix it and probably our oversight. They also provided us extra blankets for our baby when we asked. So helpful. Thank you!

Room was clean. AC struggled to reach desired temperature, but to be fair it was incredibly hot outside. Breakfast was average. Front desk staff was helpful. Valet was a joke, especially for $48 a night.

Not impressed at all. Would not stay there again. One older lady at the front desk did not know anything. She was uneducated regarding parking and what sheets can fit the pull out bed. Breakfast was decent and staff in dining area was very nice. Parking is a nightmare if you have a larger vehicle, Phones did not work, door lock did not work properly on the front door. Overall disappointing experience.
