Good
This is a very tired property its not close to anything in the quarter. The pool is outdated and needs a complete overhaul. The rooms are older and the furnishings need to be cleaned and really changed out. I dont understand how other reviews rave about this property. The beding is old and not comfortable.

The cleanliness of the place overall could have been better. The pool area looked like it hasn’t been touched in a while. My room was dirty. The bar was OK.

The location is perfect for walking everywhere. Parking is $50/day behind a gate. The hotel was overall really dirty. Our bedding was dirty and we had to have it changed. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Coffee bar is advertised but is just one coffee pot with powdered creamer and sugar packets. Late night you hear partying from bourbon street. I would not stay here again if I brought a family.

Fantastic
Outstanding location, and the hotel has its own parking lot, which is definitely a bonus as parking sucks in the French Quarter. I didn’t use the lot, so I’m not sure if there is an extra fee.

Fantastic
I’ve stated a couple hotels in the area and I absolutely love this one. It is in a great location. The pool is a great amenity. The rooms are clean and the staff is super accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.
