Beautiful old inn. Nice and quiet and spacious room. The doors had nothing but handle locks. No deadbolt or chain/bar latch. Which I did not like and let the front desk know. Also, the room could use a full length mirror and a chair or small sofa to sit on . No place in lobby to sit either. But it was a great location and good parking

We stayed here for two nights. We really enjoyed the historic hotel and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable in the King bedroom we stayed in. The room was adequate in size for us. My husband fell in love with the robe! He actually wore it to sleep in because it was so soft and cozy! The hotel was quiet with the exception of other guests that came in later and closed their doors hard. The A/C worked great but was loud for sleeping purposes. We ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner one night. My husband enjoyed the steak. I ordered the risotto which I would Not recommend. It did not have good consistency and there was not much seafood in it. The staff was super sweet. Skylar recommended a good breakfast dinner, The Highland Park Diner and they had a fabulous breakfast. The hotel just had basic things to grab and go but we like a full hot breakfast in the morning.

I walked into my room to find there wasn’t any furniture! It was beautifully painted and the bathroom looked like it was newly tiled with all new fixtures. There was a bed but no dresser to put your clothes in. The only place to put cloths was in the one night stand. There were no lamps so you either had to use the room light or leave the bathroom light on. The tv was on a cabinet that had no other use than holding up the tv. That was it! When I asked why no furniture I was told they were renovating and that there was a big room somewhere with all the furniture. Why would you rent out rooms in this condition?—- there wasn’t any tissues either.

I really enjoyed the downstairs jazz club. The entertainment was great, as well as the cheese board we ordered.

I enjoyed my stay. The photo of the room was a bit deceiving: mine was much smaller. Also, I wish my room had two keys: this is a boutique hotel and they don't use keycards. Otherwise, the location was great (3 blocks from Eastman School of Music), nice breakfast with extended hours, and a very friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed in a luxury room with a jetted tub. Was fabulous.... robes are exquisite. Staff is lovely. Can't wait to stay again!

Really interesting decor in central city location. Loved having a bath. Breakfast not very good but standard fare when continental breakfast offered. Enjoyed the stay. Hotel obviously cares
