Fantastic hotel with an amazing location and a beautiful beach just steps away. The property is very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, especially Isemariellie. She was always so kind, friendly, and attentive, and her warmth and dedication truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the pool area flooring. After midday on sunny days, the surface around the pool becomes extremely hot, so hot that it can actually burn your feet. I’ve never experienced pool decking that heats up this much before.

El hotel está muy limpio y bonito lo único q no me gustó q la piscina se pone muy llena y no tienes donde sentarte y lo otro q tiene áreas q tu como huésped del hotel tienes q pagar extra por cosas q deberías tener derecho como el yacuzzi q solo tienen uno para un hotel tan grande y el otro q hay en la primera planta hay q pagarlo y para nada es barato

The property was VERY nice and smelled amazing when we walked in. Only thing I could complain about was the guy at the front desk that checked us in. He didn't explain what the wrist bands were for, didn't say where the elevators were at, didn't explain what restaurants were inside the hotel. Basically had us pay the room fee and gave us ours keys. Other than that, the hotel was nice!
