Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel failed to disclose that it was undergoing major renovations. The lobby was under construction, and getting to both the front desk and the rooms was confusing, inconvenient, and frustrating.
When I raised my concerns, I was promised complimentary parking as compensation, but it was never applied to my bill. No discount was offered despite the significant disruption.
I would not have booked this hotel had I known the true condition of the property. Very poor communication and customer service.
