Fantastic

Stayed with kids

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s modern, clean, and welcoming feel. The open layout gives the property a spacious atmosphere, and everything was well-maintained. The pool and hot tub area were definitely a highlight for our kids after spending the day at the park. The pool closes at Midnight. It was a great place to relax and enjoy some time with my family. Our friends stay at the Sheraton which is also a walking distance in between the hotels. The location was also excellent, especially if you’re visiting Universal Studios. The walk to the park was very close (10-15min) and safe. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Stayed with kids

The property itself is decent enough. Its proximity to the park was the reason we booked here. The universal view was great since it was our first time there. Housekeeping was great and went the extra mile. The reason the score isn’t more is because of the staff. They were less than friendly and were genuinely disinterested in being helpful in any ways shape or form. Super disappointed, expected more from a Hilton property. Luckily, there’s a Sheraton nearby that will hopefully be a more pleasant experience.

Stayed with kids

Loved how close to universal this is. They have a van but we just walked. Staff was super kind and helpful for a late checkout. Loved the pool just didn’t have as many lawn chairs to lay out. We came when it was super busy but the staff was super helpful. I’ll come again!

The property was very nice. The staff was not very friendly and we had to ask 4 times to get the correct amount of bedding for four guests. They kept sending a little at a time and telling us that was enough. We were NOT asking for extras. Just enough.
