Fantastic experience, hotel staff were so helpful and friendly. It was honestly one of the best park hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were also very reasonably priced, especially when you compare to the Disney options. Will stay there again!

Stellar location, view of Hollywood from 22nd floor was spectacular, great room services, and friendly staff. Shuttle to/from the universal park was very straightforward. Would visit again!

Tiny room tucked at the bottom floor with no natural light and a view of a wall. The tile floors were pretty sticky in our bathroom. The bathroom itself was pretty nice & the towels were lush. Pool was extremely overcrowded with cloudy, luke-warm water (not really refreshing whatsoever) Hot tub only worked for a few hours. Zero signage regarding where the bathrooms are, and are outside of the main pool area, meaning people were definitely peeing in the pool. It was a decent area, but not kept up at all by cleaning staff. Breakfast was not included and was extremely overpriced. ($24-26 per person, kids as well). We drive a standard size 4-door Chevy truck with a 4” lift and were forced to use valet at the rate of $71/day + tip because we were told our truck won’t fit. Really, the only benefit was the proximity to Universal Studios and the shuttle. Although parking at the park near the city walk is affordable and we probably would have saved hundreds and had a nicer room had we gone somewhere else.

The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to the housekeeping team they did a great job and were wonderful. That said, I was disappointed with the condition of the room. We paid about $900+ for a two-night stay, so I expected it to be in much better shape. The bathroom fan wasn’t working, and the carpets smelled old and musty, making the room feel dated. For the price, I expected more updated, and better-maintained accommodations. While the service and location were great, the room itself did not meet my expectations.

We have stayed her multiple times and have never had a bad experience. They were doing construction and remodeling but could not hear anything from our room. The room was clean and gave enough room for our family. We were pleasantly surprised our first floor room had an outdoor patio overlooking the pool. All staff was friendly and nice. Great location to Universal and Universal Walk.
