Water went from scalding to freezing every couple minutes it was dangerous and unacceptable this happened every day

Was very to/from the airport via the metro. There was good access to the tourist areas via the metro. Clean Hotel with good amenities. Buffet breakfast was good. Reception staff were polite, helpful, spoke English.
