Initially, we booked for Aug 29, but due to the heavy rain and Orange Rainfall Warning, we tried to cancel and request a refund. However, since we did not avail of the refund, we were offered to move our booking instead. I was really panicking since we came from Laguna and our check-in was only a few hours away. We needed to get an update regarding the refund, but thankfully, we decided to move our booking to Aug 30 without any additional fee or compensation. The staff were very accommodating and understanding. The place was clean and comfortable, and we also got parking. Great location and walkable if you want to tour around Intramuros.

Overall, The Bayleaf Intramuros combines convenience, hospitality, comfort, and a distinctive historic setting. I would gladly recommend it for a Manila stay and would happily stay here again too.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Intramuros, making it an ideal base for exploring many of Manila's historic and cultural attractions. We were ably tl visit nearby tourist spots including Fort Santiago, the Manila Cathedral and the well-preserved walls of Intramuros Walls. The food in the cafe and sky deck restaurant are delicious as well.

Had a wonderful time in Intramuros at the Bayleaf! Was my first time in the phillipines and my girlfriend and I decided to stay here for many reasons. 1. It is a super safe area, the walled historical part of Manilla. 2. It's proximity to other close safe areas was great as well. The hotel itself was super nice. The complimentary breakfast and specialty drink was definitely worth the added pesos! We even had lunch for our final day there and the food was outstanding as well. If I do come back to Manilla to visit or vacation with my girlfriend, a local filipina, we will definitely be back. Side notes, Staff as always in PH were 10/10 quality, niceness and respect. The facilities were well kept up as well and the front desk staff answered all of our questions. Their is a side restraunt and dessert place as well in the hotel, didn't get to try them but they looked good as well. Definitely give this place a shot. Quality, location and bang for your buck 10/10!!

clean rooms. good location. breakfast was basic but nice too.

Stayed for 2nights for a family friend's wedding. I just wish that the walls between rooms are more sound proof because we can hear people laughing and for sure they also heared my niece crying 😅 but nonetheless everything was good! All staff/security are hospitable and very approachable from check in til check out. Excellent wifi connection 👌🏼
