One of my favorite hotels. never had any problem with staff, service, facilities, or food except for parking. i hope the parking attendants outside and at the basement can coordinate to ensure there's a parking spot. i know it's a first come first served basis but in my case, I was told to park outside and when I asked if there's space available in the basement, the attendant said i should go to the basement and see for myself. when i asked if he could check or call the basement attendant to see if there's a free space, he just told me to go to the basement

the room quiet big and its very comfy to stay in that hotel my 3rd time staying their some of the staff was nice and accommodating but some of them are not and maybe they should practice a hospitality specially to elders

Realy great family staycation! We love to do it again. Food is really good and have so many selections you need to get their breakfast buffet. The room is so spacious we enjoy the bath Tub.
