Guests must retrieve their keys from the property's office, located at Calle Cortina del Muella nº 11, Malaga. The office is open 9 AM-6 PM. Guests planning to arrive after 6 PM must contact the property at least 48 hours in advance to receive an access code for key retrieval; guests must return to the office the following day to complete registration.
