Reserved a room, arrived to check-in, no room available. Received an "upgraded room" with no bathtub. Wasn't an upgrade for me.

This was a great hotel! The gym was absolutely fabulous for a hotel gym and should get more shout outs. The room was nice but a little run down and not perfectly clean. Sheets could use an upgrade. The decor was great and the location

I was really disappointed with my stay. The hotel looked beautiful online and had great reviews, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience did not match what was advertised. The hallways were visibly dirty, including the red carpets, and they did not appear to be cleaned during the entire three days I was there. The room also did not look like the photos online. The chair in the room was visibly dirty and I would not even sit on it. The bathroom was also not clean. There was hair left behind, and the mirror and surfaces had fingerprints from the previous guest, including around the bathtub area. The sheets also did not feel fresh or properly presented. The rooftop restaurant and pool area were the highlight of the stay. The food was good and the rooftop atmosphere was enjoyable. Overall, I really wanted to love this hotel based on the online photos and reviews, but the cleanliness and condition of the room and common areas were a major disappointment. For the price and appearance online, I expected a much higher standard.

Extremely disappointing experience My husband and I booked this hotel for our first wedding anniversary and expected a relaxing, enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, a serious incident with another guest completely changed our experience. While at the pool, another guest verbally confronted and harassed me on two separate occasions. I became scared enough that I attempted to call the hotel’s help line for assistance while I was at the pool, but no one answered. I ultimately had to report the situation to the front desk. What made this even more concerning was that hotel staff told me that they had also experienced aggressive incidents involving this same guest. There were cameras at the pool that should have captured what happened. The guest was also staying on the same floor as us, which left me extremely uncomfortable and afraid of encountering her again. I was so anxious afterward that I was unable to sleep that night. Every noise in the hallway made me nervous. This was supposed to be our first anniversary weekend, and instead I spent a significant portion of our stay feeling unsafe and unable to relax. I understand that hotels cannot control every guest’s behavior, but I believe they can control how they respond when a guest reports feeling unsafe. In my experience, the response was not sufficient for the seriousness If you are considering staying here, I would strongly encourage you to consider how the hotel handles guest safety concerns and complaints before booking.

Overall the stay was great. We got a suite which was pretty expensive. The room overall was pretty old looking. The couch had stains on it. You can tell it hasn’t been replaced in heads. We stayed because we went to the Thursday night rooftop jazz show. That was a wonderful time. Overall the hotel is very nice. Pool was beautiful. Just the room looked a bit run down.

The room was kind of dirty and it seems like someone smoked in this room before.

Staff was amazing; kind, curtious, helpful, and explained everything throughly. They had Valet parking 50$ which was interesting to try out for a bit. The hotel was clean and put together. I felt like I walked into a 70s tb show with the decorations from the rooms, and the red carpet hallways. Got the King Suite and the shower could fit like 5 people, the bath could fit 3 grown adults. Couch comfy. The bed was odd, it was very close to the ground, but that definitely bwas intentionally designed overall 9/10... The AC was very slow to kick on and cool off the room, lowest we could get it was 72. Had to test the limits

I was unsure where to stay in Los Angeles going to a baseball game by myself, but this is a quaint clean, very nice property with a luxurious pool and bar up on the roof. The staff has courteous and kind.

Breakfast was great, and the coffee machine in the room was also very good. However, the halls were dirty, and the room was very bare- no decorations of any kind, which gave this hotel a dingy feel.
