Fantastic

Solo stay

Fantastic location right on the beach in the cliff. Worth the effort. There are 300 steps from the carpark to the hotel - you will soon get fit!

Awesome place, awesome views. The only thing is the stairs, they need an elevator

The view at Le Cliff is beautiful, but unfortunately that was the only real highlight of our stay. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the inconvenience. The location is much harder to manage than expected. There are around 300 stairs just to reach the parking lot, and once you get there, it is still a long walk down a dangerous-feeling road to get into town unless you take a taxi every time. Coming and going felt exhausting and impractical. During our stay, we lost both power and water, which made the room uncomfortable and difficult to enjoy. The staff also felt very inattentive. We had to ask for basic things like room service, and the level of care did not match what you would expect from a hotel in such a dramatic location. Checkout was another major frustration and took well over an hour. We also saw other guests having problems, so it did not seem like an isolated issue. The restaurant was disappointing as well, which made the remote location even more inconvenient. Le Cliff has a stunning ocean view, but the service, access, facilities, restaurant, and overall experience were deeply disappointing. I would not stay here again.

Beautiful property, but the stairs to get there are no joke. Don’t bring a crazy amount of luggage, you’ll be huffing and puffing even without it. However, the view makes it worth it. The staff at this property are amazing. I needed a room change because my room was super hot and the AC wasn’t working, and without any hassle they changed my room and gave me a beautiful one.

Amazing ocean front views! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money, however, I don't think I would stay again. There are approx. 200m of stairs to get to the hotel. Can be challenging for some, especially those who like to explore outside the property. There are porters to assist with your luggage. The hotel restaurant was a little overpriced compared to restaurants in the area. Scooter rentals, massage services are available. If you're able-bodied, I would recommend staying at least once for the stunning views.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, you have to take over 200 stairs down to the hotel. I had somebody sleeping outside my door in a cubby. It’s the weirdest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. However, the views were spectacular. I didn’t get in there until late in the evening and it was kind of scary trying to figure out where my room and reception area was. My room smelled the bathroom was located down in a little dungeon area.
