A great experience for a fair price. Individual, 2 story units with a full kitchen. It’s more like a fully stocked apartment than a hotel room. We’re going again!!!

Fun place, comfortable and walkable to lots of stuff

Absolutely amazing little place!!! If I’m ever in town again this will be the only place I stay at!! I didn’t want to leave the bed the morning of checkout!! Thank you for an amazing time!

The place was amazing! From the approach to finally opening the door it was amazing. We had only a one night stay-cation but everything was amazing and everything worked! If had a critique it would be on the booking confirmation process. We didn’t get the room and access info until after 4pm on the day of check in. Luckily, once we pulled up, we had all the info to access. I guess not knowing and there not being a lobby/ front desk made it a bit more stress. But besides that we loved it. We will definitely be back!!!

We began our stay with Soma Hotel quite nicely. On the first evening though our AC U it quit working so the temps got quite warm throughout the night. I called and a staff member switched us to another unit of which we are so thankful. The second evening some guests from the adjoining unit got into a disagreement and proceeded to yell and slam doors. They evidently broke the gate which became I useable for the rest of the week. The electrical units by the floating nightstands also were inoperable of which we told that staff about as well. The staff was very accommodating with clean linens when we requested them. The surrounding area is not in an appealing environment so if you get a little anxious in those types of areas I wouldn’t advise staying at Soma. Overall our stay was just fine, we only had a few inconveniences that needed to be worked through.

We will return. I already recommended to friends!

Nice property overall. When we arrived it was very warm in the unit. Both upstairs & downstairs. We couldn’t get either television to connect with the Internet either. Had error codes. Call the help number. Within just a little while a maintenance guy came. He reset the breaker & afterwards both air units were fine the rest of our stay. The tvs were a different story. We did finally get the upstairs unit to connect to the Internet but it was a VERY weak signal. It continued to buffer. Couldn’t watch anything. The downstairs never connected. Stayed with an error continuously. Got up the next morning & all of our stuff downstairs was covered in ants! I get it. A lot of rain. So we called and once again reported both tvs & ants. Got a text late that day. We weren’t there in the room. Said they sprayed for ants and informed us that the tvs worked off the internet & they didn’t provide cable. I get it. Neither remote had been moved from where we left it that morning. And neither would connect to the Internet with the one downstairs showing an error code. Also all of our stuff was COVERED in ants downstairs. Was quite disappointed with our stay.
